NANRO Foundation

If working with great people has become increasingly important in your career.

This is not just about running events. We are looking for someone to help build the next generation of Korean cuisine by connecting gastronomy, investment and cultural networks across Korea, the US and the world.

What is NANRO?

NANRO Foundation is a nonprofit organization that discovers, connects and grows people for the future of Korean cuisine and gastronomy. Through NANRO NEXT, NANRO ACADEMY, Nanrohoe and our global network, we connect next-generation talent with mentors, patrons and industry leaders.

The core of this position

  • Connect patrons, fellows, programs, data and organizational operations into a single system.
  • Work closely with the Chair to build the standards, processes and operating structure of a small organization.
  • Run real projects with chefs, founders, investors, business leaders and cultural leaders in Korea and the US.

Working conditions

3 days a week · Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul · KRW 30–35 million per year + four major social insurances (Korea)

Based on three days a week, this is roughly KRW 50–58.3 million on a full-time equivalent basis. The role is aimed primarily at people with about 5–10 years of hands-on experience running projects, communities or foundations, rather than entry-level operations staff.

NANRO’s strength lies not only in its programs, but in a network where leaders from different fields genuinely take part.

About years of experience
