Joining NANRO Next as a mentor, Chef Woo Jung-Uk spent over ten years teaching Korean home cooking classes in Seoul's Daechi-dong and Ichon-dong before stepping into the role of owner chef. Today she runs four fusion Korean brands — SUPERPAN alongside Gajigaji, Woosaengseung Gukbap, and SUPERPAN Deli. Her culinary roots trace back to the five-to-seven-dish table her Seoul-born mother laid at every meal, a memory she now translates into her own language: the warmth and precision of a contemporary "Seoul mother."
She has walked the real path — from teaching kitchen to owner chef, and from one restaurant to several brands — and it is that hands-on experience she wants to pass on to younger chefs building their own places. That is what brings her to NANRO Next as a mentor.
