Joining NANRO Next as a patron, Kang Dae-Hyun is a developer-turned-CEO who has spent more than 20 years at a single company. He joined NEXON in 2004, led the MapleStory Live team, and moved through the Dungeon & Fighter development office, Live Operations, Intelligence Labs, and the COO seat before becoming Co-CEO of NEXON Korea in 2024 — bringing AI and other emerging technologies into the studio's DNA along the way.
Through years of building and running some of Korea's most beloved game IPs, he has learned firsthand how content, brand, and user community grow together. It is that same instinct for building an audience-facing brand — in a different form — that draws him to supporting the chefs of NANRO Next as a patron.
